How do I get my name and number on my jersey?

Your team must have a minimum of 7 players REGISTERED ONLINE by the customized jersey deadline to be eligible to add your name and choose your jersey number.
Unfortunately, jersey customization is NOT available for free agents because we do not know which team you will be placed on until two weeks prior to the start of the season.
If your team does not have 7 players REGISTERED ONLINE by the customized jersey deadline, you will receive a standard set of jerseys with popular jersey numbers and the following sizes
- Three mediums
- Four larges
- Two XL's
- One XXL's
- If you would like a size larger than XXL, it must be ordered prior to the customized jersey deadline.
Once your team has reached a roster of 7 or more REGISTERED players, your team captain can submit name, number, and jersey size.
It is the team captain's responsibility to submit custom jersey info by the set deadline.
Team Captains please submit your custom jersey list to your regional commissioner using this format:
- TEAM NAME: (Insert team name here)
  Printed Name (ALL CAPS)
  Jersey Size
  Jersey Number
  BRODIE
  L
  15
An email will be sent out to all team captains prompting this information.
